Roots - Bridging the Gap on Change Management and Change Leadership

On this episode of the Bridge, we are joined by host, Maryann Peak, AIP specialist, based out of Emporia, KS and Jackie McLaughlin, Vice President of Strategy Enablement. This is another episode in our popular series “Bridging the Gap” where our goal is to share the story of teams across our Associations with our listeners.

Jackie and Maryann emphasized the importance of effective change leadership & change management in organizational success. They discussed the need for adaptability, continuous learning, and collaboration within their own organization, and how each teammate has a personal responsibility on leading those around them with support, empathy and understanding of the changes around all of us.
